County Small Business COVID-19 Relief Grants

St. Louis County Board of Commissioners approved $6 million in Small Business COVID-19 Relief Grants which will be distributed in two (2) phases to qualifying businesses adversely impacted by and responding to the COVID-19 pandemic.


Phase 1: Small Business COVID-19 Relief Grants (Opens Aug 24th)

Phase 1 grant assistance will focus on businesses and non-profits with 25 or fewer full time employees. These businesses may apply for assistance equivalent to $1,000 per employee up to a maximum of $25,000 for COVID-related expenses incurred by the business such as to purchase PPE, cleaning supplies, signage and safety barriers.

Application Period: Monday, August 24, 2020 (8:00 am) – Monday, September 7, 2020 (8:00 am)

August 24th.

Phase 2: Small Business COVID-19 Relief Grants (Opens Sept 8th)

Phase 2 grant assistance will focus on providing emergency grant assistance of up to $50,000 to businesses and non-profits with 100 or fewer full time employees for COVID-related expenses.

Application Period: Tuesday, September 8, 2020 (8:00 am) – Monday, September 21 (4:30 pm)
